Hello everyone and Happy New Year! I hope everyone was able to enjoy last week’s snow by playing in the snow and having snowball fights. This winter vacation, two of my American friends visited Japan! I haven’t seen them in a long time so I was really excited for them to come to Japan. They really wanted to see many places in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, so every day spent traveling to a different place. My friends especially liked going to Yokohama, Harajuku and Japanese shrines. They even did “hatsumode” at Kyoto’s Fushimi Inari Shrine! Overall, they enjoyed their trip and had a great two weeks in Japan. They can’t wait to come back again.  *snowball fight - 雪合戦
