More snow has come to Ozu! I think it’s such a rare event to get so much snow in just one month, so I hope everyone is enjoying it as much as possible. Yesterday, Ms. Noma and I had fun in the snow by making a snowman. We took some time deciding what we will make and decide to make a “Hello Kitty” (キティちゃん) snowman. We worked so hard and it was very cute. But sadly it got buried by last night’s snow. Maybe we will have another opportunity to make more snowmen. So everyone be safe and enjoy the snow before it all melts!

1月7日(日)に大洲市役所にて「大洲市きらめき大賞」の授賞式があり、大洲高校カヌー部の3名が出席しました。カヤックフォア(杉井太一・末光聖・吉田武・土居颯）が、2017カヌースプリントジュニア海外派遣選手選考会(兼)第27回府中湖カヌーレガッタにてK-4-1000ｍ第1位及び、第72回国民体育大会カヌースプリント競技にて少年男子カヤックフォア200ｍ第5位、少年男子カヤックフォア500ｍ第6位が評価されての受賞となりました。多くの方に支えられての受賞にメンバー全員感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。後輩も後に続けるように、一漕懸命がんばります。
